Kim D. Harrell, age 68, of 17 Hillcrest Avenue, Hawkinsville, died Monday, April 8, 2024, at Roosevelt Rehabilitation Center in Warm Springs.
Born in Cordele, she was the daughter of the late Walter Edward Duckworth and Vada Lee Craft Duckworth. She worked as a security guard at Georgia Pacific Corporation and following the birth of her children, dedicated herself to being a homemaker and a full-time mother. Family was the most important part of her life. While she loved writing in her journal, her time was best spent watching wrestling with her son, Ryan or playing with her grandbabies.

Daughter: Miranda Parks (Dave Dukes) of Hawkinsville
Sister: Donna Benford of Vienna
Grandchildren: Abby Parks, Heather Parks, Benjamin Parks, Emmie Langston and Sam Langston
Nephew: Alex Benford of Vienna
Several other nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Friday, April 12 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home with interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Rev. Kenny Croft will officiate.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 pm Thursday, April 11 at the funeral home and may be contacted at the residence, 17 Hillcrest Avenue, Hawkinsville.
